Shipping & Policies


Shipping is included in the price. Domestic shipping only though our website. For international shipping please get in touch. International is not eligible for free shipping. Sorry.


Because each item is specifically made for you when you order we are left out of pocket for our production team's labor & material cost which really strains a small business such as ourselves. We hope one day to grow big enough to be able to offer effortless returns/exchanges but it is not feasible at this time. We urge our customers to look over the size charts before ordering. 

We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges under the following conditions: If the production team has made an error or if the product is faulty. Please get in touch with us right away if there is an issue with your order. We'll need to see a photograph of the issue so we can send it to the manufacturer and have them send a new one to you.


Size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions: the exchange must be for another size in the same print.  We offer exchanges for particular items such as jackets, leggings, sweatshirts and bras, but tee's are not exchangeable.  Exchanges are honored if the item is sent back to us in perfect condition within 14 days of the receipt of your original order. The customer pays for shipping of their item back to us.  Please do not use the mailing address on your package. We will give you a special exchange address.. Just get in touch. When we receive the item, we will examine it's condition and send you an email with a link to pay for the re-order. The reorder is re-order fee is 30% of the cost of the item. It will include shipping to you. 


Printed items The signature on these is printed on the label or in the printed design itself. The printed items are created for you on demand, so we do not hold stock and, therefore can not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with the manufacture of your item, we'd like to know. Please show us a picture of the problem and we will need to speak with our manufacturer about accepting and reshipping. 


COVID AND HOLIDAY TIMELINE: Our timeline is a combo of creating and shipping. Shipping can be effected by pandemic-related issues where the manufacturing happens. Good news though, if your order has more than 1 product and they are made in different locations, they will ship separately as they are ready! Please be assured you will receive your full order. If you are concerned, please reach out and I will try to check in with the manufacturer for you.


We do not cover international shipping or VAT.  We don't offer it on our site. If you are thinking about an international order, please get in touch before you order and we will try to help you.

The carrier and timeframe can vary depending on the destination. I provide all the information I have to you in the shipping area of the listing. I do not provide tracking once your package leaves the United States. There is tracking until your package leaves the U.S., but once your package is international, there is no tracking.. I do not cover duties, tariffs, and fees that may apply to your package when it travels to you.


As you can see in the videos, ALL of my artwork is ORIGINAL, unique, painted, hand-lettered and illustrated by me and only me.  ALL of my artwork and designs in this shop are copyright-protected. Please respect my originality and the original designs. This creativity is my livelihood.
